Shipping Methods

The Outback Online Gallery offers free, insured, signature on delivery shipping on all items to all Australian addresses through Australia Post or other courier company.

All items are insured for the amount they have been purchased for not for a perceived value.

How long until I can put the master piece on my wall?

Please allow between 2 and 4 weeks for Australian delivery.  If your item will take longer to arrive you will be informed.

Why does it take that long?

Many of the artists who's work is in The Outback Gallery live hundreds of kilometres from post offices.  They may have to travel for a day or two over isolated dirt  roads to get your purchase to a post office to be sent to you.  It takes planning and is not as simple as popping down to the post office to send. We will let you know via email as soon as your item has been shipped.

I bought more than one item will they come together?

All artworks are sent directly from the artist's studio or residence to your door.  If you have purchased items from the same artist they may be shipped together.  If your items are from different artists they will not be shipped together.

International delivery

Unfortunately we cannot deliver outside Australia through the website at this time.  If you live outside Australia and have fallen in love with a piece please contact us on enquiries@theoutbackgallery.com and we will move heaven and earth to get the item to you. Additional charges may apply.
